Private sessions are 60 minutes to 90 minutes, depending on your needs. Length of lesson and fees will be discussed ahead of time.
Payments can be made by cash or check.
Checks can be made out to Ashlee Langas.
Appointments may be made via email, text or by phone.
There is a 24 hour cancelation policy otherwise you will be charged the full amount of a lesson.
Prepaid sessions and packages are non-refundable.
Payment for sessions are always due at the time service is rendered.
Please avoid eating 30 minutes to an hour before your session.
Drink plenty of water before and after you practice.
Let me know if you have any injuries or concerns before each session begins. If you experience any pain or discomfort during the session please let me know immediately.

She is very professional, punctual and totally understands how to make each of our sessions, something new, refreshing, and tailored to how much a body can exert, without applying pressure. She is also a professional dancer and pilates instructor, so having this experience, combined with yoga, makes each class an unique, and soothing experience. As a working actress and mother of two small boys, making time for myself, is never my highest priority. Working with Ashlee in my home has been the greatest gift. She is so intuitive about where I'm at in my practice, sometimes pushing me to do things I never thought were possible, and also encouraging me to be kinder to myself and allow for a more restorative practice on days that I truly need it.
